1:53 a.m. Police arrested a man for driving under the influence on Walton Creek Road.

1:59 a.m. Police encountered a drunken man passed out on the sidewalk near Eighth Street and Lincoln Avenue. Police said the man had a blood alcohol content of 0.33. The man was taken to detox.



2:34 a.m. Police received a report of loud music coming from a home on Nob Street. Police arrested a man who has an outstanding warrant.

4:03 a.m. Police contacted a suspicious person on Sequoia Court. Police discovered the man had an outstanding warrant.



1:14 p.m. A man reported his red mountain bike was stolen from Yampa and Ninth Streets.

4:44 p.m. A person reported finding a wallet containing cash near the Yampa River.

5:48 p.m. A woman reported her identification, cell phone, cash and credit cards were stolen from along the Yampa River.

9:49 p.m. Police responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.
