12:56 a.m. A woman in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza reported loud stomping and music. Officers gave residents a verbal warning.
7:28 a.m. A car reportedly was blocking Colorado Highway 131 near Routt County Road 14. The car was towed.
8:06 a.m. A car reportedly was blocking an alley behind Eighth Street. The car’s owner was given a written warning.
8:29 a.m. A landlord in the 2500 block of Riverside Drive reported that a former tenant was stealing items from the rental property. A report was taken.
10:02 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near Pine Grove Road and Lincoln Avenue.
10:10 a.m. A 68-year-old man reportedly broke his leg when he slipped on ice in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive and was lying in the middle of the road. The man was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
10:38 a.m. A small fox reportedly was eating trash out of a trash bin on Anglers Drive.
10:48 a.m. A man in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza was concerned about two young girls he thought were underdressed for the weather. Officers said they were able to find the girls’ mother.
11:17 a.m. A woman in the 3000 block of La Roca Court reported receiving three odd telephone calls in three hours. The woman said she did not find the calls threatening but wanted to report them.
11:49 a.m. A man in the 31000 block of Sky Valley Drive reported finding three holes in one of his windows. The man found the damaged window while he was moving a tree, and he said he thought the damage occurred before Christmas. A report was taken.
12:30 p.m. Day care workers in the 500 block of Oak Street reported smelling fumes coming from the day care’s first floor. The day care’s residents were taken outside while firefighters searched the building. Firefighters did not find a fire or anything burning.
1:37 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near Pine Grove Road and Lincoln Avenue.
1:48 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near Seventh and Oak streets.
1:55 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury, hit-and-run accident that occurred before Christmas was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
2:16 p.m. A man reported losing his cell phone while skiing on Mount Werner.
2:35 p.m. A woman in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue reported a man violating protection orders. The woman was told to report the violation to the District Attorney’s Office.
3:10 p.m. A man reported losing his cell phone in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle.
3:11 p.m. A man in the 41000 block of C.R. 38 reported receiving automated calls from Sprint. Officers told the man how to add his number to a do-not-call list.
5:26 p.m. A woman on Storm Meadows Drive reported someone stealing a black diaper bag containing two wallets and a camera.
7:32 p.m. Three men wearing nothing but underwear and baseball caps reportedly ran through a restaurant in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. The men ran through the back door of the establishment. Officers were unable to find them.
