12:46 a.m. A man near Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue reported an incoherent passenger riding the bus. The man said he didn’t think the passenger needed medical attention.
12:58 a.m. A drunken man in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive complained that bartenders at three bars used excessive force when they kicked him out of their establishments. The man wanted to press charges against one bartender, but officers found he had used appropriate force.
1:03 a.m. A man in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle reported losing his ski pass.
2:31 a.m. The same drunken man who was kicked out of bars in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive reported being kicked out of a taxi. The man told officers he had been mouthing off to other passengers and that they kicked him out of the taxi in the 100 block of Spruce Street.
12:31 p.m. A man in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle reported a woman using someone else’s ski pass. The woman was given a citation.
12:52 p.m. An overturned aluminum trailer closed Lincoln Avenue near 10th and 11th streets for about 10 minutes while tow trucks worked to move it.
1:18 p.m. Someone in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle reported a stolen snowboard.
2:14 p.m. A 42-year-old woman from Michigan was killed on U.S. Highway 40 near Dumont Lake when the snowmobile she was riding was hit by a semitrailer bound for Craig.
2:55 p.m. A woman in the 2500 block of Copper Ridge Drive reported seeing someone dumping trash into her trash can while she taking her lunch break.
3:46 p.m. Someone near Oak Street reported a woman running a red light and almost hitting a child who was crossing the street. Officers were unable to find the car.
3:58 p.m. A clerk at The Bottleneck called police when a man became enraged that the clerk was holding onto his driver’s license to check its authenticity.
4:08 p.m. A man in the 1900 block of Shield Drive reported the man with whom he had just been involved in an accident smelled of alcohol. Officers took a report.
5 p.m. A woman in the 1000 block of Central Park Drive reported her car being hit by a Bobcat that was plowing snow.
6:02 p.m. A woman in the 1400 block of Lincoln Avenue reported three young men trying to steal two grocery carts full of food and then taking off in a green car.
9:15 p.m. A man in the 3400 block of AprÃs Ski Way reported a loud party above his home.
9:20 p.m. A man on Blue Sage Drive called police to complain about several illegally parked cars on the street and became angry because he said the officers would do nothing about it. The man said that he wanted to file a complaint against the police department and that he “was doing his research.”
