Police, fire and ambulance calls

12:56 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to investigate a possible fire in the 28000 block of Thorpe Mountain Drive. A cabin was on fire and was destroyed.

7:36 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of trespassing on the Yampa River Core Trail.



10:06 a.m. Officers were called to a report of family members arguing in the 300 block of Sixth Street.

11:32 a.m. Officers were called to a report of illegal dumping in the 2400 block of Après Ski Way.



11:35 a.m. Officers were called to a report of illegal fireworks in the 100 block of Blue Sage Lane.

1:53 p.m. West Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a motorcyclist who crashed near mile marker 20 on Routt County Road 27. The rider had head injuries and was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center.

4:42 p.m. Officers were called to check on the welfare of a person who threatened to overdose on prescription medications.

7:45 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident at Wildhorse Marketplace.

9:25 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious person in the 300 block of River Road.

11:36 p.m. Officers were called to a report of wildlife in the 3100 block of South Lincoln Avenue.
