Police, fire and ambulance calls

2:11 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a drunken man passed out at a bar in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.

9:38 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to a report of a possible structure fire in the 3000 block of Village Drive. There was no fire. Candles had caused the smoke alarm to go off.

12 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car that was speeding and tailgating, and the driver flipped off another driver.

1:12 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

1:14 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash at Mount Werner Circle and Ski Time Square Drive.

1:54 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a Colorado Mountain College student who had gotten caught with mushrooms. The 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

2:16 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash at Steamboat Springs High School.

2:35 p.m. Officers were called to a report of $103 in gas stolen from a station in the 2000 block of Curve Plaza.

3:15 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a man who was causing a disturbance at a wireless store in the 600 block of South Lincoln Avenue. The man was upset because someone he knew was using a phone on his account.

5:01 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury accident at Walton Creek Road and South Lincoln Avenue.

5:42 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car that made an illegal U-turn at Anglers Drive and South Lincoln Avenue.

5:42 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who stole groceries from a grocery store in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. The person could not be found.

7:24 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who stole 15 gallons of gas from a station in the 2000 block of Curve Plaza.

7:46 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a credit card found at a gas station in the 2000 block of Curve Plaza.

8:56 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a parent who said someone had slipped drugs into her high school student’s drink. The son was disoriented and went to Yampa Valley Medical Center.

10:49 p.m. Officers were called to a report of person passed out in a bathroom in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive. Officers could not find the person.
