Police, fire and ambulance calls
12:06 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person with chest pain at the Routt County Jail.
12:27 a.m. Yampa Fire Protection District firefighters were called to a report of someone illegally burning in the 16400 block of Colorado Highway 131.
1:36 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers contacted a drunken man at a bar in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue and made sure he got home safely.
2:18 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious person in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue. Someone was on a bike loitering in the parking lot. The person was gone when officers arrived.
7:58 a.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a sick person in the 28300 block of Routt County Road 18.
10:14 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a female on roller skis who forced a car into oncoming traffic on River Road. The female could not be located.
10:41 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who lost a wallet containing $20.
11:15 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a car alarm going off at Val d’Isere Circle and Anthony’s Circle. A parking ticket was issued.
12:11 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a $200 bike stolen in the 100 block of 10th Street.
12:41 p.m. Firefighters were called to help people involved in a crash near mile marker 7 on Colorado Highway 134. A motorcycle hit a cow. The two people on the motorcycle were taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center with minor and moderate injuries.
1:01 p.m. Steamboat firefighters and Routt County Search and Rescue volunteers were called to help a person with an unknown medical problem at Fish Creek Falls.
2:28 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a graffiti at the Howelsen Hill tunnel.
5:10 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who received a check with insufficient funds.
9:18 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear in a dumpster in the 900 block of Confluence Court.
9:26 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who fell in the 2200 block of Après Ski Way.
11:51 p.m. Officers were flagged down by a bouncer in the 800 block of Yampa Street to help remove two people from a bar.
