Steamboat Springs — 12:33 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a person passed out in a snowbank in the 400 block of Laurel Street. The person was taken to detox.
1:27 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies tagged an abandoned vehicle in the 800 block of Yampa Street.
8:22 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of a Routt County Jail inmate who broke a cell door window.
8:57 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a found license plate in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue.
9:44 a.m. Officers were called to help with a funeral escort.
11:37 a.m. Animal control officers were called to a report of a loose dog in the 3100 block of South Lincoln Avenue.
12:16 p.m. Officers helped an elderly woman who reported losing her gloves.
12:17 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury crash at Walton Creek Road and U.S. Highway 40.
12:32 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury crash at Walton Creek and Whistler roads.
12:45 p.m. Deputies reported witnessing an inmate at the Routt County Jail throw a lunch plate at a jailer.
12:58 p.m. Officers helped Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue with a small roof fire that was quickly extinguished at a business in the 1100 block of South Lincoln Avenue. Heat tape is thought to have caused the fire.
1:15 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury crash on Curve Plaza.
1:16 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury crash at Mount Werner Road and U.S. 40.
2:07 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a rock being thrown through a window in the 2400 block of Val d’Isere Circle.
2:30 p.m. Officers investigated a report of items stolen from a business in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.
6:02 p.m. Deputies helped locate the owner of five horses on Colorado Highway 131 near mile marker 51.
8:17 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who lost a wallet in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza.
11:12 p.m. Officers were called to a report of domestic violence. A 44-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested.
