1:27 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies made a traffic stop and arrested a 28-year-old Steamboat Springs man on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

2:09 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of loud music and noise in the 1900 block of Montview Court. Officers arrested a 25-year-old Steamboat Springs man on an outstanding warrant.

9:47 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a one-car, noninjury crash in the 1400 block of Steamboat Boulevard.



9:54 a.m. Officers were called to a report of an iPod and power cords taken from a car in the 300 block of Third Street.

11:06 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of a stray cat living outside a home in the 13000 block of Red Stag Trail.



11:32 a.m. Animal control officers were called to a report of two dogs inside a truck with the windows rolled up in the 2400 block of Pine Grove Road. Officers spoke with the owners.

11:43 a.m. Animal control officers were called to a report of a woman who was bitten by a cat in the 100 block of Ninth Street. The cat was taken to the Steamboat Springs Animal Shelter.

11:57 a.m. Community service officers were called to a report of a semitrailer idling for three hours in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza. Officers talked to the driver and gave a spoken warning.

12:18 p.m. Officers helped a driver who ran out of gas at Elk River Road and Copper Ridge Drive.

12:30 p.m. Officers tagged an abandoned car at U.S. Highway 40 and Pine Grove Road.

12:47 p.m. Officers were called to a report of railroad crossing gates that were not working properly at the Fifth Street crossing.

12:47 p.m. Animal control officers were called to a report of a dog that regularly barks at 5 a.m. in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza. The owner was given a spoken warning.

2:48 p.m. Officers were called to check on the mental health of a man in the 100 block of Ninth Street. The man was taken to the Colorado Mental Health Institute in Pueblo.

3:28 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of two dogs loose on Routt County Road 33. The dogs were returned to their owner.

4:37 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a digital camera found on a bus.

5:25 p.m. Animal control officers were called to a report of a dog loose at River Road and Spar Street. The dog was gone when officers arrived.

6:15 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a moose along the 1500 block of Pine Grove Road. Officers scared the moose away from the road.

8:04 p.m. Deputies arrested a 54-year-old Clark man on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol in the 58000 block of Jupiter Place in Clark.

8:05 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a woman in the 2900 block of Abbey Road receiving unwanted phone calls from an ex-boyfriend.

9:23 p.m. Officers arrested a 24-year-old Steamboat man on an outstanding warrant during a traffic stop on 13th Street.

10:57 p.m. Deputies tagged an abandoned car near mile marker 11 on C.R. 129.
