12:18 a.m. A driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence near Action Motor Sports on Shield Drive.

12:50 a.m. Someone reported his or her neighbors being too loud in the 500 block of Ore House Plaza. Officers said the report was unfounded.



1:08 a.m. A suspicious person was reported at U.S. Highway 40 and Anglers Drive. Officers contacted the pedestrian and said everything was OK.

2:47 a.m. A driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence at Mount Werner Road and Resort Drive.



7:15 a.m. A barking dog was reported at Grand and Missouri streets. An officer left a written warning for the dog’s owner.

9:07 a.m. A burglar alarm sounded in the 2200 block of Clubhouse Drive. It was a false alarm.

10:58 a.m. A three-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at Sixth Street and Lincoln Avenue. No tickets were issued.

11:55 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at U.S. 40 and Elk River Road. One of the drivers was issued a ticket for driving too fast for conditions.

2:36 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at U.S. 40 and Elk River Road. One of the drivers was issued a non-moving violation ticket.

3:43 p.m. Skis were reported stolen from the 1900 block of Ski Time Square Drive. It later was discovered that someone inadvertently took the wrong pair of skis. The skis eventually were returned to their owner.

6:32 p.m. Family members reportedly were threatening one another.

11:29 p.m. A noise complaint was made in the 700 block of North Grand Street. Officers issued a minor in possession ticket.
