12:58 a.m. A drunken man wearing black ski pants and goggles reportedly was stumbling near Fifth and Oak streets. The man was gone when officers arrived.

6:52 a.m. A woman on Elk River Road reportedly found car tracks going off the road. The woman was concerned the tracks were fresh. Officers checked the area out and did not find anything.

8:43 a.m. Someone in the 500 block of Sandhill Circle saw steam or smoke coming from a neighbor’s house and was concerned. Firefighters checked on the home and the smoke was coming from a gas fireplace.

9 a.m. A pit bull reportedly barked at a woman in the 1700 block of Burgess Creek Road. Police contacted the dog’s owner and gave a warning.

10:22 a.m. Someone reported a suspicious white truck parked on Lithia Springs Road. Police said the truck reportedly “comes and goes all day, stays for several hours at a time” and that someone puts cardboard in the truck’s windows while it is parked there. The truck was gone when officers arrived.

11 a.m. A pair of snowshoes worth $275 was reported stolen from the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.

1:02 p.m. A 22-year-old Phippsburg man was arrested on Colorado Highway 131 near mile marker 35 on suspicion of violating a restraining order.

1:07 p.m. A small house fire was reported in the 2300 block of Lincoln Avenue. Firefighters said the house sustained minor damage from the fire, and that no injuries were reported. The fire started in a trashcan and then spread to the house. Arson is not suspected.

1:21 p.m. Two windows were reported stolen from a construction site in the 2400 block of Ski Trail Lane. The windows are worth about $2,000, police said. The incident is under investigation.

2:34 p.m. Several snowboarders reportedly built a ramp on private property in the 3100 block of AprÃs Ski Way. A report was taken.

3:02 p.m. Someone reportedly cut the lock on a mini-storage unit in the 1900 block of 13th Street. A report was taken.

3:08 p.m. An injury accident was reported near Routt County Roads 14 and 16. A man was treated and released for his injuries.

3:43 p.m. A delivery truck got stuck on a patch of ice in the 3100 block of Columbine Drive.

8:19 p.m. A 43-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza on suspicion of harassment.

11:52 p.m. A drunken man wearing only a pair of sweatpants reportedly was running in the 1500 block of Shadow Run Frontage. Police contacted the man and took him to detox.
