Police, fire and ambulance calls

1:10 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of an intoxicated person at Walton Creek and Village roads. They were unable to locate the person.

1:28 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a lost cellphone in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.



1:32 a.m. Officers were called to check on an intoxicated person on Walton Pond Circle. The person was OK.

2:28 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious person in the 1700 block of Lincoln Avenue.



8:02 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a stolen car at Snowflake Circle and Village Drive. The car was found and returned to its owner. The investigation is ongoing.

10:19 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a disturbance. Officers mediated an argument between two people.

10:35 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious car. No action was taken.

12:53 p.m. Officers were called to help Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters with a smoke investigation in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza. Part of a roof caught fire because of welding work. The fire was extinguished.

1:03 p.m. Officers were called to a report of an intoxicated person on a bus. The person was taken to detox.

1:28 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a woman leaving a restaurant in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle without paying her tab.

2:42 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a theft. No other information was available.

5:41 p.m. Officers were called to a report of an intoxicated person in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. Firefighters transported the person to the hospital.

6:55 p.m. Officers were called to a report of an intoxicated person sleeping in his car in the Gondola Square parking garage. The man was booked into jail on suspicion of trespassing.

7:35 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a disturbance in the 1700 block of Brome Drive. Officers mediated a situation between a father and daughter.

8:36 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious car in the 400 block of Ore House Plaza. The person who reported the car called back and said the vehicle had been driven away.
