4 a.m. A lost driver in the 1600 block of Shield Drive needed directions.

7:45 a.m. An officer reportedly moved some pipes from the road in the 2700 block of Lincoln Avenue out of the way of traffic. Public Works employees later moved the pipes from the side of the road because they were a hazard to the snowplows.



11:13 a.m. A man lost his cell phone on AprÃs Ski Way.

1:35 p.m. Someone reportedly stole a circular saw, drill and pedestal used for making tables from a car in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square. A report was taken.



2:31 p.m. A shed and some farm equipment was destroyed during a fire in the 27000 block of Routt County Road 43.

3:15 p.m. A man lost his cell phone at the Steamboat Ski Area.

3:37 p.m. Someone found a bag of marijuana in a parking lot in the first block of Maple Street.

4:22 p.m. A man lost his cell phone on AprÃs Ski Way.

6:08 p.m. A skier reportedly became lost on Buffalo Pass. Routt County Search & Rescue crews were called to find the man, though the search was called off at about 10 p.m. because the skier found his or her way back.

7:35 p.m. A juvenile reportedly stole something from a store in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. The juvenile was contacted by police and released to his parents.

9 p.m. A dog reportedly bit a woman somewhere in Steamboat. A report was taken.
