3:31 a.m. A drunk man in the 1900 block of Mount Werner Road reportedly had his tooth broken during a fight. The man told officers he could not remember what had happened. A report was taken.
4:06 a.m. A 25-year-old Grand Junction man who was had been kicking and denting his uncle’s car on Monday was arrested on Eagle Glen Court on suspicion of driving under revocation, failing to display headlights, driving with an open alcohol container in his car, failing to signal, possessing a Schedule II controlled substance, false reporting and possessing drug paraphernalia.
7:13 a.m. A 39-year-old Oak Creek woman was taken to the hospital from the 300 block of First Street in Oak Creek on suspicion of suffering from a drug overdose. The woman was released after being treated.
9:14 a.m. A 27-year-old Steamboat Springs woman was arrested on suspicion of failing to appear in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue.
9:53 a.m. A 59-year-old Steamboat Springs woman was arrested on suspicion of harassment, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and second-degree trespass after she become involved in an argument at a bank in the 2100 block of Resort Drive. Police the woman became upset with bank employees and began calling them profane names and refusing to leave the bank. When police arrived, the woman began to fight them when they tried to take her into custody.
10:03 a.m. A three-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza.
10:21 a.m. A man reportedly lost his wallet in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
11:26 a.m. A man in the 900 block of Central Park Drive reportedly was upset that his doctor wouldn’t prescribe him a prescription medication. Officers mediated the situation.
12:03 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 2100 block of Curve Plaza.
12:40 p.m. A man reportedly was allowing his dog to run without a leash near the C-Hole. The man reportedly was upset when officers contacted him. The situation was mediated.
1:24 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 1900 block of Ski Time Square.
1:55 p.m. Someone reportedly stole a man’s cell phone off a rock in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue while he was swimming.
2:30 p.m. Someone was given a citation in the 1600 block of Blue Bird Lane on suspicion of harassing a neighbor.
4:03 p.m. A man in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue reported being shoved by an old acquaintance he ran into.
5:16 p.m. Someone reportedly found a bike in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
7:49 p.m. A badger reportedly wandered into a store in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue and was then chased into a Chinese restaurant by an employee. Colorado Division of Wildlife officers handled the loose badger.
9:43 p.m. A 27-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of harassment (domestic violence) and criminal mischief in the 1500 block of Woodbridge Court.
9:59 p.m. Two neighbors in the 300 block of Kelhi Court reportedly got into a shoving match after one man alleged that the other man’s son had thrown water balloons at his house. Officers mediated the situation.
