12:25 a.m. Three men reportedly were fighting and yelling in the first block of Balsam Court. The men were gone when officers arrived.

5:54 a.m. A drunken person reportedly threw rocks onto the road near AprÃs Ski Way and Walton Creek Road. The city’s Road and Bridge Department cleared the rocks from the road.

7:05 a.m. A 39-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested for being a fugitive of justice in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza.

8:02 a.m. Officers went to check on a woman in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue after her coworkers expressed concern because she had not been to work in several days.

10:16 a.m. A California man was given a citation for driving under suspension near Lincoln Avenue and Elk River Road.

11:29 a.m. A woman was concerned that someone was stalking her. A report was taken.

11:40 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near Third Street and Lincoln Avenue.

11:46 a.m. Someone turned in a mountain bike to the police department.

Noon A two-vehicle, noninjury, hit-and-run accident was reported in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue.

2:14 p.m. A man reportedly lost his cell phone in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

2:13 p.m. A man reportedly saw a drunken man sitting in a truck in the 1800 block of River Queen Lane. The man was gone when officers arrived.

2:41 p.m. A truck reportedly ran into a building’s air conditioning unit in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue. A report was taken.

3:38 p.m. A gas skip worth $20.20 was reported in the first block of Anglers Drive.

5:40 p.m. A man reportedly was “on his break” and “smoking stuff out of a pipe that wasn’t tobacco” in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza.

5:52 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza.

7:30 p.m. A woman reportedly wasn’t feeling well after hiking in the Mount Zirkel Wilderness area and needed medics to take her to the hospital.

8:44 p.m. A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under suspension, not having insurance, possessing less than 1 ounce of marijuana and driving a defective vehicle near Lincoln Avenue and Hilltop Parkway.

9:34 p.m. A drunken man reportedly stole a restaurant umbrella and hit a truck with it near Fifth and Yampa streets. The man left the scene of the incident after someone called 911. Police had not found the man as of Wednesday afternoon.

Wednesday, Aug. 16

11:38 a.m. Routt County Search and Rescue assisted Grand County officials in locating an airplane that crashed four miles west of Kremmling. The plane’s pilot and his son survived the crash. Search and Rescue crews located the plane at about 6 a.m. Wednesday morning.
