1:04 a.m. A disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. A man was being unruly but left the scene by the time officers arrived.

2:34 a.m. A noise complaint was reported in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza. Six children were hanging around a Dumpster. They were issued verbal warnings.

5:49 a.m. A burglar alarm reportedly went off in the 200 block of Sundance Court. It was a false alarm.

8:52 a.m. A gas leak was reported in the 1500 block of Kinnikinnick Lane. A person was digging the backyard and hit a pipe. The pipe was clamped.

11:55 a.m. A loose dog was reported in the 29000 block of Routt County Road 64. Officers could not find the dog.

12:43 p.m. A resident complained a neighbor was leaving trash outside overnight and animals were getting into it in the 800 block of Pine Street.

1:38 p.m. A van was pulled out of a ditch in the 200 block of Storm Peak Court.

1:49 p.m. An ambulance was requested in the 600 block of Retreat Plaza. A man fell 15 to 20 feet from scaffolding at a construction site. He was taken by ambulance to Yampa Valley Medical Center; his injuries were not life threatening.

2:40 p.m. A noise complaint was made in the 1300 block of Walton Creek Road. A dog was tied to a deck on the second floor of a building. The owners were not home.

3:04 p.m. People were seen taking boxes out of a truck and putting them in their car before driving away in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

3:22 p.m. An officer was requested on C.R. 129. A man was fired from work, and his employers were concerned he was going to retaliate, but he did not.

3:49 p.m. A vehicle complaint was made on Ninth Street between Lincoln Avenue and Oak Street. A female driver ran a red light.

5:25 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in Central Park Drive.

6:09 p.m. A drunken driver was reported in the westbound lane of U.S. Highway 40 in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue. A 66-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

7:20 p.m. A theft was reported in the Lower Gondola Building. Atomic skis valued at $800 were stolen. A report was taken.

8:33 p.m. A one-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive

8:36 p.m. Two men and four teenagers were fighting on Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue. The teenagers were gone when officers arrived. No charges were filed.
