7:45 a.m. A man reported losing his cell phone at Steamboat Ski Area.

7:59 a.m. A woman reported losing her wallet on Lincoln Avenue.

9:18 a.m. Someone reportedly cut a padlock to a pump house in the 1300 block of U.S. Highway 40 in Hayden. Police said the pump house is owned by Xcel Energy and that no damage was done to the building and nothing was stolen. A report was taken.

10:36 a.m. Someone reportedly stole a payphone pedestal and cut the phone’s cable at a condominium complex in the 2400 block of AprÃs Ski Way.

11:24 a.m. A black puppy was taken to the animal shelter from the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue.

12:18 p.m. A woman in the 300 block of Ore House Plaza reported a small pile of smoldering mulch. Firefighters put out the fire, and no damage was done to any property.

12:46 p.m. A woman called police concerned that her husband had not dropped off their child at day care. The woman told police her husband refused to tell her where the child was. Officers contacted the man to make sure the child was OK.

2:49 p.m. A man in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza was concerned that six feral cats living under his neighbor’s mobile home were not being fed and were coming up to his cat door. The man told police he was concerned the cats were going to enter the cat door and roam his home.

4:06 p.m. A man reported losing his iPod in the 300 block of Kelhi Court.

6:12 p.m. A man reported seeing two men in a purple Subaru shooting pellet guns at employees’ cars in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. The officers could not find any damage to the cars.

8:07 p.m. A Yampa Valley Electric Association employee reportedly fell and broke his leg while climbing down from his truck in the 21000 block of Routt County Road 29 in Oak Creek. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

8:41 p.m. Someone driving a white Jeep reportedly left a gas station in the unit block of Anglers Drive without paying for $41.56 worth of gas.
