Friday, April 16
1:05 a.m. A snowboard with no bindings was found on the side of the road near the intersection of Village Drive and Apres Ski Way.
11:29 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported at the corner of Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue. Police caught up with the motorist and cited him. He said he was unaware of the minor contact he made with the other vehicle.
11:41 a.m. A toilet at the public restroom of Fetcher Park reportedly was blown up.
12:39 p.m. A pair of skis was stolen from a residence in the 3000 block of Village Drive.
13:03 p.m. A fire was reported at Selby Apartments on Rollingstone Drive, when a neighbor saw an apartment filled with smoke. Police found that the owner had left the apartment with food cooking on the stovetop.
2:03 p.m. Camera equipment was reported stolen from an employee’s bag at one of the stores in Gondola Square.
