1:09 a.m. A Colorado Mountain College resident advisor reported a car stuck in a small pond near the college. When officers arrived, they arrested the 22-year-old driver on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and failing to report an accident. No injuries were reported.

1:44 a.m. A taxi driver reported a customer refusing to pay his cab fare in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers took a report.

9:38 a.m. A man reported being threatened by another man he has a restraining order against in the 1000 block of Lincoln Avenue. The man told officers he was harassed as he drove past the man.

2:42 p.m. A man called the emergency room from the 1400 block of Bob Adams Drive to tell medical workers he had overdosed on antidepressants. A hospital employee called an ambulance to pick up the man and take him to the emergency room. The man also was referred to mental health.

3:15 p.m. The Routt County Sheriff’s Office reportedly stopped two 19-year-old men while they were driving near Lincoln Avenue and Hilltop Parkway. Steamboat officers who were in the area stopped to assist the Sheriff’s Office as they took the men into custody. The men were arrested on suspicion of criminal mischief. They had been arrested Monday on suspicion of stealing $600 worth of quarters.

3:48 p.m. Someone reportedly found a money order worth $200 at Steamboat Ski Area.

4:23 p.m. Two schoolchildren reported receiving harassing phone calls while they were riding a school bus. The children told the bus driver they received calls on cell phones that only their parents had the numbers to and that the calls consisted of someone speaking Spanish. One student said she thought the caller said her name. Officers contacted the students’ parents and took a report.

6:55 p.m. A 46-year-old transient woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without insurance, weaving and not having a valid license on U.S. Highway 40.

8:47 p.m. A blue Chevrolet truck reportedly rolled out of a driveway and into the street near Park Avenue and Grand Street. The truck was back in the driveway when officers arrived.

9:55 p.m. Steamboat police officers assisted Colorado State Patrol troopers with a DUI arrest in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.
