Teacher exchange program to be discussed at Sept. 11 meeting

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — Opportunities for year-long teaching exchanges to Australia and Canada will be the focus of an informational meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, at Bud Werner Memorial Library in Steamboat Springs.

The exchange program is endorsed by the Colorado State Board of Education and facilitated by the Colorado International Teacher Exchange League. Application specifics will be discussed as well as the scope of the program. A current Steamboat Middle School Canadian participant will be there to share her experience.
