Super Seniors: Yampa Valley senior profiles
Super powers: Vanda Nohinek, a mother of seven, is a very active, nonstop senior. Recently, she spent one week cycling in Amsterdam with one grandchild, and the next week, she was off to scuba dive in the Caribbean with another grandchild. Vanda rode her custom Eriksen bike in the Tour de Steamboat last summer, volunteers as the cookie lady at Yampa Valley Medical Center and also is active in her church.
What are your secrets for living a long and healthy life?
