Strings Music Festival announces February return of Railroad Earth
The Strings Music Festival has announced the return of bluegrass-influenced Americana band, Railroad Earth, to Steamboat Springs in February, after a sellout performance by the group in 2023.
According to a news release, Railroad Earth will take the stage at the Strings Music Pavilion on the evening of Feb. 21. Tickets for the event are set to go on sale Friday.
“The celebrated New Jersey septet strikes a chord with eloquent song craft, bluegrass soul, and rock ‘n’ roll spirit. Known for their unpredictable live shows and signature sound, the collective have earned widespread critical acclaim,” reads a news release from the Strings Music Festival.
The Railroad Earth performance is scheduled for the week after Lyle Lovett and his Acoustic Group is set to play at the Strings Music Pavilion on Feb. 15 and is part of a winter lineup that also includes live music on Feb. 13 from the band, moe.
The Strings Music Festival has also booked entertainment from standup comedians Tom Papa, who will perform Jan. 30, and Kevin Nealon, who will take the stage at the pavilion March 20.
