Steamboat Springs wrestler competed at girls’ championships

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — Steamboat Springs High School freshman Adalia George traveled to Thornton High School for the 2019 Colorado High School Girls Wrestling Championships on Saturday, Feb. 9.

George was pinned by Peyton High School sophomore Samantha Krause-Mahan in 3 minutes, 23 seconds in the quarterfinals and then was pinned in the consolation bracket by John F. Kennedy junior Miya Trujillo.
