• The Downtown Halloween Stroll on Wednesday night attracted hundreds of children and families for trick-or-treating through the streets of downtown Steamboat Springs. Routt County comes out for Downtown Halloween Stroll



• Two men were arrested and a third is wanted after police say they kidnapped a man at knifepoint and tried to force him to withdraw funds from an ATM machine at a bank in downtown Steamboat Springs. Men suspected of kidnapping man, forcing him to withdraw money from ATM
