Steamboat Sotheby’s ranks as one of nation’s top-producing brokerage

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty was recently ranked as one of the top 500 real estate firms in the U.S., according to RISMedia’s 30th annual Power Broker Report, with a total sales volume of $556 million in 2017, representing almost 1,000 closed residential transactions.

With more than an estimated 86,000 real estate brokerages in the U.S., this places Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty in the top 0.5 percent of real estate firms in the nation.

“This recognition, as one of the nation’s top 500 real estate firms, is a testament to the incredible team of real estate professionals that we have at Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty,” said David Baldinger, Jr., co-owner/broker, in a news release. “The firms represented are the nation’s most elite brokerage firms serving literally millions of consumers with their real estate needs,” said RISMedia President and CEO John Featherston in a news release. “Even up against scarce supply, they posted remarkable sales. With the economy expanding and home prices increasing, they’re charging forward and leveraging the opportunities.”
