Steamboat Sotheby’s accepting grant applications through April 1

Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty is accepting applications for its Spring 2025 grant cycle through April 1.

Since its inception in 2017, the SSIR Community Fund has contributed over $125,000 to 59 organizations. The fund was established in collaboration with the Yampa Valley Community Foundation as a way for Sotheby’s brokers and staff to contribute to the Routt County community.

Grant funding will be considered for any nonprofit 501(c)3 organization or program in Steamboat Springs or Northwest Colorado. Grant funds will stay local and support organizations that demonstrate need and make a positive impact in the community and to residents.

Fall 2024 grant funding was awarded to area groups including Jr. Achievement, LiftUp, Nordic Combined, Routt County Search and Rescue, Yampa Valley Autism and Undiscovered Earth.

Applications are being accepted through April 1 with funding awarded by May 31. For an online application or more information, email marketing@steamboatsir.com or visit SteamboatSIR.com/ssircommunityfund.
