Steamboat Resort lift schedules change as Closing Day nears

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — Steamboat Resort is preparing for its last two weeks of the season. Preview, Rough Rider and Bar UE lifts closed for the remainder of the season on Sunday, March 31. All terrain around these lifts remains open and accessible to skiers and riders as conditions allow.

The Pony Express lift’s final day of the season will be Sunday, April 7, and the terrain off Pony Express will be available via hiking after the lift closes.

Steamboat Resort will close lifts early on Closing Day, Sunday, April 14. Morningside lift will close at 2:30 p.m., and all remaining lifts, including the gondola, will close at 3 p.m.

Springalicious festivities are scheduled for Saturday, April 13, and Sunday, April 14, with free concerts and the annual Cardboard Classic and Splashdown Pond Skim.
