— A 43-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested Wednesday and has been charged with dealing heroin.

Kevin J. McCleery has been charged with two counts of distribution of a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture or distribute a controlled substance and conspiracy.

The arrest was made by the All Crimes Enforcement Team drug task force.

The arrest affidavit related to the case has been sealed. ACET frequently has the affidavits sealed when a case deals with confidential sources.

According to the charges, the distribution occurred between June 1 and July 15, 2016, and McCleery conspired with an unknown person.

According to court documents, McCleery is unemployed and lives in the 1300 block of Athens Plaza.
