Steamboat briefs: Northwest Colorado VNA hosting recruitment event
The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association’s new Volunteer Services Program is recruiting volunteers for expanded opportunities throughout the organization.
Opportunities include assisting with fundraisers and events, helping with activities and duties at the Rollingstone Respite House and The Haven Assisted Living facility and helping with behind-the-scenes administrative or maintenance work. Positions can be tailored to volunteers’ unique skills and experience.

Steamboat Art Museum to conduct tours of 2 exhibits
The Steamboat Art Museum will be conducting docent-led tours about the two exhibits currently featured in the museum: Mark Thompson Retrospective and Exquisite Miniatures by Wes and Rachelle Siegrist.
The tours will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesdays and are free and open to the public.

Free workshop on social media to be held Jan. 26
The Steamboat Workforce Center, in partnership with Colorado Mountain College, is sponsoring a free workshop on social media.
The workshop will be from 10 a.m. to noon Jan. 26, at Colorado Mountain College.
