Mystery shopping offered to Mainstreet members

— The Economic Restructuring Committee of Mainstreet Steamboat Springs is offering its members a free mystery shopping service designed to provide an outsider’s impression of their business. The goal is to improve customer service and stay competitive. The Economic Restructuring Committee is looking for a few members to help design the program as well as members who are interested in having their businesses shopped. All participants will be offered a pre-meeting visit to personalize the shop to their business, a written report, and a one-on-one recap of the customer experience, including perceptions of the exterior and interior of the business. All information will be confidential and provided only to the business owner. For more information or to express your interest, call or e-mail Kim Dye at 879-6948 or
