The Connect For Health RV is headed to Steamboat Springs for an open enrollment session this weekend. Staff from Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association will be at the City Market in Steamboat Springs from 2 to 5 p.m. today. For more information, call 970-871-7647.
VNA offering immunizations for infants, preschool kids
Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association will be offering immunizations for infants and preschool children (including those entering kindergarten) in the Hayden Valley Elementary School cafeteria from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday.
All insurances are accepted. No child will be refused a vaccination due to an inability to pay a fee. If you have questions, contact the school nurse or call the VNA at 970-879-1632.
Casey’s Pond is hosting a seminar about joint pain
Casey’s Pond Senior Living will be hosting a free informational seminar, “Living with Joint Pain.”
Join guest speaker and orthopedic surgeon Dr. Michael Sisk to learn about ways to improve join pain and the ins and outs of joint replacement surgery. Light refreshments will be served during the event, which is from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Monday in the Community Life Room at Casey’s Pond.

Health insurance meetings scheduled for this month
The Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association is hosting a series of free information sessions to answer questions about the new health insurance marketplace, Connect for Health Colorado. A health coverage guide will attend the meetings for individuals, families and small-business owners interested in learning about their options for health insurance under new the legislation. The meeting dates are as follows:
■ LIFT-UP of Routt County: 1 to 3 p.m. Monday and March 10, 17 and 24
■ Bud Werner Memorial Library: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday and March 14, 21 and 28
■ The Hayden Granary: Noon to 2 p.m. Thursday and March 13, 20 and 27 as well as 1 to 3 p.m. March 15
Rio Blanco County
■ Meeker Public Library: Noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday and March 12 and 26
■ Rangely Town Hall: 9 a.m. to noon March 19
■ Meeker Town Hall, 2 to 5 p.m. March 19
■ Moffat County Library, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday and March 12, 19 and 26
