SSWSC freeskiers top the podium at big mountain, slopestyle competitions

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — The Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club freeskiers have been busy with competitions the past two weekends.

The SSWSC skiers competed in International Freeskiing Association’s U12 Big Mountain competition at Steamboat Resort on Jan. 27. Shane Good came in first for the boys, and Finley Good claimed gold on the girls side.

In her first United States of America Snowboard and Freeski Association slopestyle competition of the season at Copper Mountain on Feb. 2, Finley also took home gold.
