12:26 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers responded to a report of a drunken person. Officers gave the person a lift home.
1:02 a.m. Officers were called to a reported fight at a bar in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. A person involved in the incident was arrested on a warrant for flight to avoid justice. While the man was being detained, officers found cocaine in his pocket. The man was also arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance.

1:36 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious vehicle at a church in the 700 block of Concordia Lane. A caller reported two or three vehicles in the lot. When an officer arrived on the scene, he or she smelled burned marijuana. Four people were cited for possessing marijuana as a minor.
9:27 a.m. Officers were called to a report of two people drinking alcohol in a vehicle in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. The car was unoccupied when officers arrived.
9:44 a.m. A Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue ambulance was called to Steamboat Resort to assist ski patrol.
4:16 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident at a restaurant in the 600 block of Marketplace Plaza. A person called the restaurant, and someone at the restaurant answered saying the restaurant was closed. The person found it suspicious that someone would answer the phone when the restaurant was closed. Everything was OK.
5 p.m. Routt County Search and Rescue was called to rescue two snowmobilers whose machine was stuck on Buffalo Pass. Rescue volunteers were able to help the men out of the snow.
5:22 p.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies received a report of threats in the 36200 block of Routt County Road 179.
8:31 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious person “snooping” in the 2900 block of West Acres Drive. Officers could not find anyone in the area.
10:15 p.m. Officers were called to a disturbance between parents and a teen child in the 1300 block of Athens Plaza.
Total incidents: 32
- Steamboat police had 20 cases that included calls for service and officer-initiated incidents such as traffic stops.
- The Routt County Sheriff’s Office had seven cases that included calls for service and officer-initiated incidents such as traffic stops.
- Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue responded to four calls for service.
- Routt County Search and Rescue responded to one call for service.
