Routt County Public Health announces CredibleMind to promote mental health, wellbeing
Routt County Public Health is partnering up with neighboring public health agencies in Grand, Jackson, Moffat and Rio Blanco counties to bring CredibleMind to area communities.
CredibleMind is a free, confidential online platform with vetted resources like podcasts, apps, videos and articles to support your wellbeing. It is available to community members 24/7.
The platform covers more than 100 different topics to support your mental health and wellbeing. Examples of topics include anxiety, stress, burnout, workplace wellness, mindfulness and more.
