Items of routine and non-controversial nature are placed on the consent agenda to allow the Board of County Commissioners to spend its time and energy on more important items on a lengthy agenda. Any Commissioner may request that an item be “pulled” from the consent agenda and considered separately. Any member of the public may “request” any item to be pulled from the consent agenda.

Approval of county commissioners minutes: regular meeting of Aug. 2.

Approval of and authorization to have the chair sign a liquor license renewal for Clark Liquor Company LLC, DBA Clark Liquors for a liquor store license.

Approval of and authorization to sign a liquor license renewal for Steamboat Ski and Resort Corp, DBA Haymaker Patio Grill for a hotel and restaurant license.

Approval of and authorization to sign a liquor license renewal for the Home Ranch Inc., DBA the Home Ranch for a hotel, restaurant liquor license with optional premises.

Approval of and authorization to sign a renewal for a liquor license for Gehl Enterprises LLC, DBA Toponas Country Liquors for a liquor store.

Approval of and authorization to sign the child care services fiscal agreements between Routt County and local providers for the period Jan. 1, 2017 through Dec. 31, 2017.

Public comment will be heard on any item except quasi-judicial land use items. County commissioners will take public comment under consideration but will not make any decision or take action at this time.

• Consideration to approve and authorize the chairperson to sign the notice of award and associated contract documents to Connell Resources in the amount not to exceed $120,459.17 for paving and grading of a secure parking lot expansion and other miscellaneous improvements for Routt County Detention Center Parking Lot, located in Steamboat Springs.

11 a.m. Purchase of Development Rights Advisory Board

Consideration to accept the PDR Board’s recommendation to approve Tier II documents related to PDR project 182 and direct staff to place the project on the commissioners’ agenda for funding approval, noting that all Tier II criteria has been met. Executive session may be required under C.R.S. 24-6-402 (4)(a) to discuss the purchase, acquisition, lease transfer, or sale of any real, personal or other property

Consideration to accept the PDR Board’s recommendation to approve Tier II documents related to PDR project 184, approve the revised funding in the amount of $595,000, of which $25,000 will go toward the reimbursement of transaction costs and direct staff to place the project on the commissioners’ agenda for funding approval, noting that all Tier II criteria has been met. Executive session may be required under C.R.S. 24-6-402 (4)(a) to discuss the purchase, acquisition, lease transfer, or sale of any real, personal, or other property

• Consideration to approve a step increase for Mr. Yaconiello upon completion of a successful six month performance evaluation.

• Consideration to approve the hiring of Stacy Campbell, a new IS employee, at Step 3 of the systems administrator pay scale with the option to increase the wage to a Step 4 upon completion of a successful six month performance review.
