A. Approval of county commissioners minutes: Regular meeting of Sept. 6, 2016.

B. Approval of the ratification of commissioner Doug Monger’s signature on agreement for advisory service from Jviation for 13 Oct. 16 YVAC retreat.

C. Consideration to approve and authorization for electronic submission for the human resource coalition grant application in the amount of $140,000 for Routt County as fiscal agent for Routt County Early Childhood Council.

• Consideration for approval of purchase and authorization of chairperson to a sign purchase order for one new vehicle to replace the communications vehicle that was totaled when it collided with an elk for the motor pool fleet for the Road and Bridge Department.
