Items of routine and non-controversial nature are placed on the consent agenda to allow the board of county commissioners to spend its time and energy on more important items on a lengthy agenda. Any commissioner may request that an item be pulled from the consent agenda and considered separately. Any member of the public may request any item to be pulled from the consent agenda.

• Approval of county commissioners minutes: Regular meeting of April 7, 2015.

• Approval of and authorization for the chair to sign the Routt County Department of Human Services 2015-18 community services block grant for year one of a three-year program for the period beginning March 1, 2015, and ending Sept. 30, 2016, in the amount of $15,536.

Public Comment will be heard on any item except quasi-judicial land use items. County commissioners will take public comment under consideration but will not make any decision or take action at this time.

Discussion concerning the Court of Appeals Order in the Storm Mountain Ranch case. (Executive session to be requested under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(b) — conference with county attorney to receive legal advice on specific legal issue.)

• Employee promotional step increase

Consideration to approve a promotional step increase to Step 5 of the county attorney’s pay scale.

• Consideration to approve and authorize the chair to sign a reimbursement agreement between Routt County and Southwestern Energy for SGM Inc. to perform a road engineering study for the Flanders 7-88 1-34 and N. Hayden 7-88 2-26H oil and gas wells in the amount of $19,350.

1:30 p.m. Yampa Valley Regional Airport

• Discussion and consideration to approve and authorize the chair to sign change order No. 2 to Old Caste SW Group Inc., DBA United Companies of Mesa County, contract agreement dated July 18, 2014, for AIP 41 at the Yampa Valley Regional Airport.
