• Approval of county commissioners minutes: Regular meeting of April 14, 2015.
• Approval of and authorization to sign a permit application and report of changes for Clark Liquor Company LLC for a new manager registration and a modification of premises.
• Approval of and authorization to sign the Thompson lot consolidation.
• Approval of and authorization to sign the Craig Scheckman Family Foundation Grant for the benefit of Fatherhood Program of Routt County.
• Approval of and authorization for the chair to sign the payment processing addendum for Swanson Services.
• Confirmation of the chair’s signature on a land use agreement between Lori M. Elliott and Mark W. Elliott and Routt County, Colorado.

Consideration to approve and authorize the chair to sign a resolution changing the purpose of the Interfund Loan from the Road and Bridge Fund to the Yampa Valley Regional Airport.

Consideration to waive the formal purchasing process and approval and authorize the chair to sign two purchase orders for an estimated total quantity of 3,000 tons of pavement patching material for the Road and Bridge Department.

Consideration to approve and authorize the chair to sign an acknowledgement of performance and termination of an agreement to convey road right-of-way dated August 18, 2006, between Cross Mountain Ranch and Routt County concerning reconstruction of a portion of CR 27.
