Items of routine and non-controversial nature are placed on the consent agenda to allow the board of commissioners to spend its time and energy on more important items on a lengthy agenda. Any Commissioner may request that an item be pulled from the consent agenda and considered separately. Any member of the public may request any item to be pulled from the consent agenda.
A. Approval of county commissioners minutes: Regular meeting of May 26, 2015.
B. Approval of and authorization to ratify commissioner Monger’s signature on a letter to the Colorado Department of Local Affairs dated June 15, 2015, requesting amendment to broadband planning and mapping.
C. Approval of and authorization to sign the child care services fiscal agreement between Routt County and Soroco Preschool for the period June 10, 2015, through Dec. 31, 2015.
D. Approval of and authorization for the chair to sign an agreement for the audit of the 2014 Routt County financial statements.
E. Approval of and authorization for the chair sign a permit application and report of changes for the Clark Liquor Company LLC., dba Clark Liquors.

• Consideration to approve a resolution authorizing the use of OHVs on certain designated county roads (CR 1W, CR 82 and CR 80 from the southern USFS boundary to CR 82).

• Consideration to waive the formal purchasing process, approve purchase of 22 HP desktop personal computers from Insight using US Communities pricing and approve Terry Barber to sign the purchase orders.

• Consideration to accept the PDR Board’s recommendation to approve Tier II documents related to PDR project 174 and direct staff to place the project on the commissioners’ agenda for funding approval, noting that all Tier II criteria has been met.

B. Consideration to approve and authorize the chair to sign a conservation mitigation development agreement.
C. Consideration to allow Butch Dougherty to proceed with non-conforming uses of his property until final PUD approval.
D. Consideration of an extension to record final plat for PS2008-001, Lots 1 and 2, Snokomo Estates, Filing 3.

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — Learning to ski was as mandatory in the Schnackenberg household as reading and learning to tie shoes.
