• Discussion to sign a professional services agreement to provide professional consultant services to analyze information, make recommendations and suggest implementation strategies drawing on the results of a business survey being conducted by the University of Colorado Denver’s Colorado Center for Community Development Technical Assistance Program.

Public comment will be heard on any item except quasi-judicial land use items. County commissioners will take public comment under consideration but will not make any decision or take action at this time.

• Discussion and consideration to adopt and authorize each commissioner to sign on the letter of notice to Routt County clerk that Routt County Government will have a ballot question for the Nov. 3, 2015 election.

A. Consideration to approve the funding of PDR project 176, Iron Springs Ranch, in the total amount of $725,000 towards a 640-acre conservation easement and authorization to sign the agreement concerning conservation easement between Routt County and Yampa Valley Land Trust.

A. Executive session to be requested under C.R.S. 24-6-402 (4)(b) — discussion with county attorney concerning specific legal matters.

A. Discussion and consideration to adopt a resolution making PACE available in Routt County.
