The Routt County Board of County Commissioners will not hold its regular Monday work session in observance of Independence Day.

B. Approval of accounts payable, manual warrants and payroll

10:35 a.m. Consent agenda items

Items of routine and non-controversial nature are placed on the consent agenda to allow the board of commissioners to spend its time and energy on more important items on a lengthy agenda. Any Commissioner may request that an item be pulled from the consent agenda and considered separately. Any member of the public may request any item to be pulled from the consent agenda.

A. Approval of county commissioners minutes: Regular meeting of May 31, 2016.

B. Approval and authorization to sign the child care services fiscal agreement between Routt County and Grandkids Child Care Center for the period June 27, 2016, through Dec. 31, 2016.

C. Approval of and authorization to ratify Commissioner Doug Monger’s signature on the CDOT aeronautics contract amendment dated June 23, 2016.

D. Approval of and authorization to sign the plat for PL-15-1067, a division of land for public purpose.

Public comment will be heard on any item except quasi-judicial land use items. County commissioners will take public comment under consideration but will not make any decision or take action at this time.

11 a.m. Purchase of Development Rights Board

• Consideration to accept the PDR Board’s recommendation to approve Tier II documents related to PDR project 180 and direct staff to place the project on the commissioners’ agenda for funding approval, noting that all Tier II criteria has been met. This item was tables from June 28. Executive session may be required under C.R.S. 24-6-402 (4)(a) to discuss the purchase, acquisition, lease transfer or sale of any real, personal or other property

11:30 a.m. Purchasing

• Consideration for approval to waive the formal purchasing process and authorization of chairperson to sign a purchase order for one utility terrain vehicle, Kawasaki 2017 Mule Pro-FX, for use in weed control in the Road and Bridge Department and consideration for approval of a supplemental budget to transfer funds from Road and Bridge operating to capital account.
