Approval of and authorization to sign a resolution adopting the revised Routt County emergency operations plan.
Approval of and authorization for the chair to sign a resolution in support of Raise the Bar, Protect Our Constitution.
Approval of and authorization for the relocation of Routt County’s existing microwave equipment from its current location of Emerald Mountaing to Mount Werner; noting the cost of $51,388 expended from communications pool fund balance.
Approval of the easement agreement and authorize the board chair to execute the agreement between the county and Barn Village at Steamboat Owners Association

Transition the maintenance superintendent position from non-exempt to exempt with no pay change.

Transition the assistant restaurant general manager position from non-exempt to exempt with a pay raise that indexes do the restaurant general manager position.

Increase the pay rate/scale for the YVRA maintenance mechanic position to be comparable to the existing position of landside electrician/carpenter position.

Increase the pay rate/scale for the passenger services “Red Coat” positions to make the pay scale high enough to compete with similar job opportunities in Craig, Hayden and Steamboat Springs.

• Consideration to accept the Museum and Heritage Advisory Board’s recommendation and approve the capacity building grant application in the amount of $6,000 for the construction drawings and engineering for the Main Ranch House at the Rehder Ranch. The application was submitted by Yampa Valley Land Trust through Historic Routt County.

• Consideration to approve and authorize Routt County’s contribution of $339,984.68 to the Fiber Optic Build Project under the DOLA EIAF Grant Award # 8079 with an allocation of EIAF funds to YVMC; a supplemental budget will be required by the end of this year, 2016.
