Items of routine and non-controversial nature are placed on the consent agenda to allow the Board of County Commissioners to spend its time and energy on more important items on a lengthy agenda. Any Commissioner may request that an item be “pulled” from the consent agenda and considered separately. Any member of the public may “request” any item to be “pulled” from the consent agenda.

• Approval of county commissioners minutes: regular meeting of June 6.

• Approval of and authorization to sign a resolution to name a road accessing two parcels in the NW4 sec. 3 7N86W, northwest of Steamboat Springs and described in the Routt County Clerk and Recorders Office at reception #766373 be named South Gate Way.

• Approval of and authorization for the chair to sign the Wattles Minor LPS plat and associated development agreement.

• Approval of and authorization for the chair to resign the previously approved IGA between CDOT, Routt County, city of Steamboat Springs and USFS for the adoption of the U.S. Highway 40 east access control plan after changes requested by the city of Steamboat Springs.

• Consideration to approve a new pay scale for the sheriff’s office corporal positions.

11 a.m. Purchase and Development Rights Advisory Board

• Consideration to approve the funding of PDR project 180, Stanko Ranch, in the total amount of $705,000, of which $30,000 will be used toward reimbursement of transaction costs and authorization to sign the agreement concerning conservation easement between Routt County and Colorado Cattlemen’s Ag Land Trust

• Consideration to accept the PDR Board’s recommendations for Tier I funding of projects 184-187 and accept the extension requests for 177, 178, 179, 182 and 183; the recommendation requires that the applicant comply with one of the following measures by May 01, 2017: (1) complete all Tier II requirements, or (2) submit an amended application. Executive Session may be required under C.R.S. 24-6-402 (4)(a) to discuss the purchase, acquisition, lease transfer, or sale of any real, personal, or other property.

• Consideration of county attorney’s request for delegation authority to retain Kutak Rock, LLP, to represent the interests of Routt County in the Peabody Energy Corporation, et al. bankruptcy matter.

• Consideration for approval and authorization for the chair to sign a letter providing the requested financial guarantee of $600,000 to the Crossan’s M&A Market project.
