Items of routine and non-controversial nature are placed on the consent agenda to allow the board of commissioners to spend its time and energy on more important items on a lengthy agenda. Any Commissioner may request that an item be pulled from the consent agenda and considered separately. Any member of the public may request any item to be pulled from the consent agenda.
A. Approval of county commissioners minutes: Regular meeting of July 12, 2016.
B. Approval of the state human service electronic benefit transfer in the amount of $211,491.93 through June 2016. Executive session may be requested under C.R.S. 24-6-402 (4)(c) for matters required to be kept confidential by federal or state laws, rules or regulations.
C. Approval of and authorization to ratify the chair’s signature on the letter to DOLA dated Aug. 4, requesting to amend the scope of the Routt County broadband fiber optic build project awarded under the EIAF# 8079 grant award. The letter of request to DOLA is to amend the project scope, budget and to set the allocation of the grant award amount among partner segments of the project.
D. Approval of and authorization to sign the eighth amendment to development agreement for lot 66, Silverview Estates, filing 2.
