Approval of and authorization to ratify the chair’s signature on a communications easement agreement between Routt County and Union Pacific Railroad Company for the transfer of the Routt County Oak Creek radio site’s digital trunking radio system to the Colorado Governor’s Office of Information Technology technology.

• Consideration for approval and authorization of chairperson to sign one purchase order for a system to capture and archive telephone and radio communications and one purchase order for AIS programing at state of Colorado and firewall required to operate system and consideration for approval to waive the formal purchasing process and authorization of chairperson to sign one purchase order for Motorola software, license and equipment also required to operate system.
• Consideration for approval of purchase and authorization of chairperson to sign a purchase order for one new 2016 Ranger XP 900 EPS for the fairgrounds to Steamboat Powersports in the amount of $12,879.
