A. Approval of county commissioners minutes: regular meeting of October 20, 2015;

B. Approval of and authorization for the chair to sign the prisoner housing contract between Routt and Grand Counties.

A. Grant application for Moon Hill Bridge

Consideration to approve and authorize the Chair to sign a grant application to the Special Highways Committee via Colorado Counties Inc. for replacement of the Moon Hill Bridge on CR 56 in the total amount of $1,032,200 including 80 percent grant ($825,760) and 20 percent County match ($206,440).

B. Reimbursement agreement

Consideration to approve and authorize the Chair to sign a reimbursement agreement between Routt County and Southwestern Production Company for SGM, Inc to perform a road engineering study to evaluate traffic impacts for the well at the Colorado State 7-88 1-5 site in the amount of $27,500.
