Items of routine and non-controversial nature are placed on the consent agenda to allow the Board of County Commissioners to spend its time and energy on more important items on a lengthy agenda. Any Commissioner may request that an item be pulled from the consent agenda and considered separately. Any member of the public may request any item to be pulled from the consent agenda.
A. Approval of county commissioners minutes: regular meeting of June 23, 2015;
B. Approval of the State Human Service electronic benefit transfer in the amount of $218,627.18 through May 2015;
Executive session is requested under C.R.S. 24-6-402 (4)(c) for matters required to be kept confidential by federal or state laws, rules or regulations.
C. Approval of and authorization of the chair to sign a renewal of a memorandum of understanding between the state of Colorado Department of Human Services and Board of County Commissioners of Routt County for administration of the Colorado Works Program and the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program for the period July 1, 2015 forward to and including June 30, 2016;
D. Approval of and authorization for the chair to sign the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program Cliff Effect Pilot SB14-003 Grant Program memorandum of understanding between Routt County and the Colorado Department of Human Services, Office of Early Care and Learning for the period beginning July 1, 2014 and through June 30, 2016;
E. Approval of and authorization for the chair to sign a permit for Oak Creek Fire Protection District’s new ambulance.
F. APproval of and authorization for the chair to sign a resolution approving appointments of members to the Northwest Regional Workforce Development Board, designation of chief local elected official, and designation of one-stop workforce service provider.
G. Approval of and authorization to ratify commissioner Corrigan’s signature on change order #2 to the main spillman contract.

Consideration to adopt a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Routt County Colorado concerning the submission to the registered elected voters of Routt County a referred ballot question at the November 3, 2015 General Election regarding whether the County may re-establish its legal ability to provide cable television services, telecommunications services, and/or advances services either directly or indirectly with Public or Private Sector Providers.
