Discussion and consideration to appoint Chary Neal as the Public Health Director for the Routt County Public Health Agency and authorize the Chair of the Routt County Board of Public Health to sign relevant state forms to provide notification to the Colorado Division of Public Health and Environment State Board of Health.
B. MOU between Routt County Public Health Agency and Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association
Discussion and consideration to adopt and authorize the Chair’s signature on the Memorandum of Understanding between the Routt County Public Health Agency and the Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association regarding the provision of public health nursing services.

Consideration to approve and authorize the Chair to sign the perpetual maintenance easement for the installation and maintenance of the culverts under County Roads 15 and 17 between Routt County, Rossi Ranches, LLLP, and Jim and Dean Rossi.
B. Reimbursement agreement between Clarke Petroleum Inc and Routt County
Consideration to approve and authorize the Chair to sign a reimbursement agreement between Clark Petroleum, Inc. and Routt County to perform a road engineering study on County Road 52 for the Bilott NBRRH-1 well in the amount of $15,300.
