A. Approval of county commissioners minutes: regular meeting of november 10, 2015;

B. Approval of and authorization for the chair to sign a resolution naming a road Rockhaus Place;

C. Approval of and authorization for the chair to sign the $15,000 Craig-Scheckman Family Foundation Youth Advocacy Project 2015-2016 funding award for best practices program support for Routt County as fiscal agent for Routt County Early Childhood Council;

D. Approval of and authorization to approve the 2016 Routt County ambulance licensing

E. Approval of and authorization for the chair to sign the annual renewal of the CDHS Certification of Compliance County Merit System year 2016;

F. Approval of the state Human Service Electronic Benefit Transfer in the amount of $ 240,784.34 through September 2015.

Executive session may be requested under C.R.S. 24-6-402 (4)(c) for matters required to be kept confidential by federal or state laws, rules or regulations.

Second and Final Reading of Ordinance No. 2015-001 — An Ordinance Continuing a Moratorium on the Operation or Establishment of Marijuana Cultivation Facilities, Marijuana Products Manufacturing Facilities, Marijuana Testing Facilities, Retail Marijuana Stores, and any Business that Invites or Permits Private Assembly for the Purpose of the Use or Consumption of Marijuana or Marijuana Products within the Unincorporated Areas of Routt County until January 1, 2017.
