Items of routine and non-controversial nature are placed on the consent agenda to allow the Board of County Commissioners to spend its time and energy on more important items on a lengthy agenda. Any Commissioner may request that an item be “pulled” from the consent agenda and considered separately. Any member of the public may “request” any item to be “pulled” from the consent agenda.

A. Approval of county commissioners minutes: regular meeting of March 15;

B. Approval of and authorization for the chair to sign an agreement for the audit of the 2015 Routt County financial statements

C. Approval of and authorization to sign the $9,500 Craig-Scheckman Family Foundation Youth Advocacy Project 2016 funding award for best practices program support for Routt County as fiscal agent for Routt County Early Childhood Council.

D. Approval of and authorization to appoint Kelly Gates to District 1 on the Routt County Weed Advisory Board for a three-year term.

E. Approval of the State Human Service Electronic Benefit Transfer in the amount of $ 201,545.70 through February.
