Approval of and consideration to accept the recommendation of the Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association to appoint John Centner as its representative to the Yampa Valley Airport Commission.

Consideration to approve the purchase of a replacement server and related components from Milestone Computer Technology in the amount of $10,859.62, approve the purchase of licenses for the server from Insight Public Sector in the amount of $5,254.02, and authorize IS Director Terry Barber to sign the purchase orders.
